So Kongo just bought a condo and is in the process of renovating it and his good friend Manny scraped the popcorn acoustic ceiling and discovered a big bulge that has to be fixed. Not in the budget. What’s a monkey to do? Fix the ceiling and go forward. Nothing is ever what it seems. Wait till we get to the bath. A whole other story….
